耳穴压丸配合神经肌肉电刺激对产后排尿困难的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压丸配合神经肌肉电刺激预防产后排尿困难的临床疗效。选取产后尿潴留患者186例,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各93例,对照组给予神经肌肉电刺激干预,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予耳穴贴丸治疗,比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、产后排尿情况及不良反应。结果观察组有效率(96.67%,90/93)显著高于对照组(84.95%,79/93)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后下腹疼痛、膀胱膨胀、气短乏力、面色黄白证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后首次排尿时间、排尿完全通畅时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),排尿量高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论耳穴压丸配合神经肌肉电刺激可明显降低产后排尿困难的发生率,明显缩短排尿时间,改善产妇排尿困难症状。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of auricular plaster combined with nerve-muscle electric stimulation on preventing postpartum dysuria.Methods 186 patients with postpartum urinary retention were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,93 cases in each group.The control group was given nerve-muscleelectric stimulation intervention.On this basis,the observation group was given auricular plaster.The curative effects,TCM syndrome scores,postpartum urination and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (96.67% vs 84.95%) (P<0.05).The scores of syndrome such as lower abdominal pain,bladder expansion,shortness of breath and tiredness and yellow and white complexionin the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05).The time of first urination and complete patency time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05),while the urine output was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant adverse reactions during treatment periods between the two groups.Conclusion Auricular plaster combined with nerve-muscle electric stimulation can effectively control postpartum dysuria,significantly shorten urinationtime,and improve the symptoms of dysuria in puerpera.
