摘　　要：针刺疗效的高低与得气快慢、针刺后针感的表现和强弱密切相关。得气越快,针感越强,效果越佳。醒脑开窍针刺法以"窜、动、抽"针感为特色,针感较强,如何在针刺时快速激发针感,取得更好的疗效是目前面临的重要议题。本文从病因病机、针刺选穴、施针顺序、手法量学角度探讨醒脑开窍针刺法与传统针法的区别,并浅谈杜宇征教授快速激发针感技巧。The level of acupuncture efficacy is closely related to the speed of deqi and the performance and strength of acupuncture.The faster you get,the stronger the needle feeling and the better the effect.The consciousness-restoring resuscitation acupuncture method is based on the feeling of "squatting,moving,pumping",and the needle feeling is strong.How to quickly stimulate the needle feeling during acupuncture is an important issue we face.This article discusses the differences between consciousness-restoring resuscitation acupuncture method and traditional acupuncture from the etiology and pathogenesis,acupuncture point selection,acupuncture sequence,and quantitative methods,briefly talking about Director Du Yuzheng’s rapid stimulation of needle feeling skills.
