摘 要:人参被誉为"百草之王",它作为名贵中药在我国已有2 000多年的历史。人参具有很好的抗辐射损伤作用,近年来受到广泛关注。人参皂苷Re是人参的主要活性成分,研究表明人参皂苷Re可以减少UVB照射诱导的损伤,其作用机制与清除自由基、抗氧化,对心血管系统、免疫系统的保护作用,抑制细胞凋亡及氧化应激的防御作用等方面有关。现从以上几方面对其抗辐射损伤机制进行归纳总结,为开发新的人参抗紫外线辐射药物及产品提供参考。Ginseng is known as the "the king of herbs",which has been used in China for more than 2000 years as a valuable traditional Chinese medicine.Ginseng has a good anti-radiation effect,which has been widely concerned in recent years.Ginsenoside Re is the main active ingredient of ginseng.Studies have shown that ginsenoside Re can reduce the damage induced by UVB irradiation,and its mechanism may be related to the scavenging free radicals,anti-oxidation,protective effect on cardiovascular system and immune system,inhibition of apoptosis and the defense effect of oxidative stress.This paper summarizes the mechanism of anti-radiation damage from the above aspects and provides references for the development of new anti-ultraviolet drug and products of ginseng.
