摘 要:【目的/意义】在信息化时代,大学生的数字素养成为高等教育创新的重要目标指向。分析影响数字素养教育的关键因素,旨在为高校制定数字素养教育框架与实施策略提供参考。【方法/过程】基于文献调研和活动理论,从5个维度对大学生数字素养教育的影响因素进行集成提取,利用DEMATEL方法分析要素之间的相互作用关系,识别关键影响因素。【结果/结论】研究发现高校政策、文化环境、ICT基础设施、教学管理、评价体系为5个关键影响因素,并根据分析结果提出了加强大学生数字素养教育的对策。【Purpose/significance】In the digital age,the digital literacy of college students has become an important goal of higher education innovation.The analysis of the key factors affecting digital literacy education aims to provide a reference for universities to formulate digital literacy education frameworks and implementation strategies.【Method/process】Based on literature research and activity theory,the influencing factors of college students’digital literacy education are integrated and extracted from five dimensions,and then the DEMATEL method is used to analyze the interaction between elements and identify key influencing factors.【Result/conclusion】The study finds that college policies,cultural environment,ICT infrastructure,teaching management,and evaluation systems are five key influencing factors,and based on the analysis results,countermeasures are put forward to promote digital literacy education for college students.
