跨领域合作视角下中国体医融合的路径选择

摘　　要：体医融合是健康中国建设的重要举措,是一种更高层次的跨领域合作。跨领域合作视域下的体医融合是围绕共同目标,通过共同决策、共担责任、共享权力促进体育领域和医疗领域在知识、技能等方面互动合作,相互信任、共同努力形成新的服务统一体的过程。当下中国体医融合存在知识技能标准缺乏,相互认同难;培训主体缺乏权威性,职业资格认证存在壁垒;共识模糊,具体利益冲突;条块分割,责权利难以共同等难题。加强体医学科循证标准研究、建立资质认证体系、探索利益协调机制、统合体制机制是跨领域合作视角下体医融合的必要路径。Integration of sports and medicine is an important part of building healthy China.It is also a higher level of cross-field cooperation,which is a necessary means to achieve the integration.The integration of sports and medicine from the perspective of cross-field is a process of promoting the interaction and cooperation in knowledge and skills between sports and medical fields,gaining mutual trust and joint efforts to form a new service unity by centering on the common goals,making joint decisions,sharing responsibilities and sharing rights.At present,there is a lack of standards in the provision of sports knowledge and skills,and it is difficult to identify with each other.The authority of knowledge and skill training is not clear,and there are barriers to professional qualification certification.It is hard to reach consensus and conflicts of interest exist.There is no clear distinguishing of responsibility and rights.To solve these problems,it is important to strengthen the research on evidence-based standards,establish the qualification certification system,integrate the system and mechanism.
