摘  要:为了研究NC基复合材料在塑化过程中的分子结构演变及塑化机理,制备了塑化至不同阶段的试样,并使用二维相关红外光谱高阶分析技术对其进行二维相关红外分析。PCMW2D分析结果表明,NC基复合材料的塑化可根据官能团运动规律分为3个阶段(Stage I,II,III)。进一步针对每个阶段进行相关性分析,发现每一阶段中NC和NG之间的相互作用规律均完全不同:在第二阶段中,NC氢键及羟基率先发生较大程度运动,反映出NC与NG在外界塑化条件下的剧烈相互作用。由于NC和NG上特征官能团的运动相关性先后次序具有独特性,因此可用本研究结果作为参比,直接对塑化程度未知的样品进行红外光谱测试并进行精准判定,为揭示NC基复合材料的塑化机理提供了新方法和新的实验基础。To elucidate the molecular structure evolution and plasticizing mechanism of nitrocellulose(NC)matrix composites during plasticizing process,samples with different plasticizing stages were prepared and analyzed by two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy.The results of PCMW2D analysis show that the plasticization of NC matrix composites can be divided into three stages according to the movement of functional groups,named stage I,II and III respectively.Further correlation analysis for each stage shows that the interaction between NC and NG is completely different in each stage:In Stage II,hydrogen bonds and hydroxyl groups of NC take the lead in a large degree of movement,reflecting the violent interaction between NC and NG under external plasticization conditions.Because of the unique sequence of motion correlation of the characteristic functional groups of NC and NG,the results of this study can be used as a reference to directly test the samples with unknown plasticization degree and make accurate judgment,which provides a new method and experimental basis for revealing the plasticizing mechanism of NC matrix composites.
