摘 要:黏膜相关恒定T(mucosal-associated invariant T cell,MAIT)细胞是参与抗菌免疫的重要效应细胞。在肿瘤的免疫治疗方面,MAIT细胞在机体抗肿瘤和免疫监视中发挥着重要作用,它不仅能直接杀伤肿瘤细胞,还能激活其他免疫效应细胞间接发挥抗肿瘤效应,因此它拥有着广阔的应用和发展前景。然而这些细胞的稀缺性和低效率的扩增阻碍了对其详细的分析和应用。研究MAIT细胞活化扩增方法,以期为临床治疗提供更多更高效的效应细胞,也为临床上应用MAIT细胞治疗肿瘤打下基础。该文就MAIT细胞体外扩增研究进展及其在抗肿瘤免疫治疗中的机制、作用与应用潜力予以综述。Mucosal-associated invariant T cells(MAIT)are important effector cells involved in antibacterial immunity.In the aspect of tumor immunotherapy,MAIT cells play an important role in the organism defense against tumor and immune surveillance,which can not only directly kill tumor cells,but also activate other immune effector cells to exert anti-tumor effects indirectly,so it has broad application and development prospects.However,the scarcity and inefficient expansion of these cells have prevented further analysis and applications.Research on MAIT cell activation and expansion methods hopes to provide more and more efficient effector cells for clinical treatment,laying the foundation for clinical application of MAIT cells for tumor treatment.This article reviews the research progress of MAIT cell expansion in vitro and its mechanism,role and application potential in anti-tumor immunotherapy.
