摘　　要：目的探讨运动康复护理路径对老年慢性心力衰竭患者遵医行为、心功能及预后的影响。方法选取2018年5月~2019年11月我院就诊的86例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理。观察组在对照组的基础上采用运动康复护理路径。比较两组遵医行为、心功能指标及生活质量。结果观察组干预12周后遵从率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%(P<0.05);观察组干预12周后左室射血分数高于对照组,左室收缩末内径、左室舒张末内径、生活质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动康复护理路径能够提高老年慢性心力衰竭患者遵医行为、心功能指标,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation nursing path on elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Eighty-six elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,43 cases each.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group adopted a sports rehabilitation nursing path based on the control group.Comparing the two groups'compliance behavior,cardiac function indexes and quality of life.Results The compliance rate of the observation group after 12 weeks of intervention was 95.35%,which was higher than that of the control group of 81.40%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group after 12 weeks of intervention,the observation group had a higher left ventricular ejection fraction,lower left ventricular end-systolic diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,and lower quality of life scores.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The exercise rehabilitation nursing path can improve the compliance behavior and cardiac function indexes of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,and improve the quality of life.
