摘 要:绿肥种植对土壤肥力及土壤重金属有效性等有重要影响。以我国南方水稻种植区的种植制度为基础,研究冬种绿肥(紫云英和油菜)对后茬水稻生长过程中的土壤Cd有效性及水稻不同部位Cd积累的影响,通过Pearson相关分析研究了土壤有效态Cd和水稻各部位Cd积累的关系。结果表明:与对照相比,冬种紫云英处理土壤有效态Cd在种植前、分蘖期和抽穗期显著下降(P<0.05);冬种油菜处理提高了抽穗期和收获期土壤有效态Cd质量分数。与对照相比,冬种紫云英处理水稻不同时期各部位Cd质量分数显著下降(P<0.05);冬种油菜处理抽穗期和收获期水稻各部位Cd质量分数均提高。分蘖期和抽穗期水稻各部位Cd质量分数与土壤有效态Cd质量分数呈显著正相关。研究结果对我国南方重金属污染稻田轮作休耕及安全利用具有重要指导意义。Green manure has an important effect on soil fertility and availability of heavy metals.Based on the planting system of rice planting area in Southern China,impacts of winter-planting green manure(astragalus smicus and rape)on soil Cd efficiency and Cd accumulation in different parts of rice during the growth of rice were systematically studied in this work.The Pearson correlation analysis was applied to investigate the relationship between soil available Cd and accumulated Cd in various parts of rice.Our results couldshowed that:(i)Compared with the control,the available Cd concentration of the soil treated by winter-planting astragalus smicus was decreased significantly in pre-planting,tillering and heading period(P<0.05)but the available Cd of the soil treated by winter-planting rape was increased in heading and harvest periods.(ii)Compared with the control,the Cd content in different parts of rice treated by winter-planting astragalus smicus was decreased significantly in different periods(P<0.05),whereras the Cd content in various parts of rice treated by winter-planting rape was increased significantly in the heading and harvest periods.There was a significant positive correlation between the Cd content in all parts of rice and the available Cd content in soil at tillering and heading periods.Our results could be of great significance in the rotation fallow and safe utilization of heavy metal polluted paddy fields in Southern China.
