摘 要:为探究掺镍铁渣复合矿物掺合料预制混凝土梁、柱性能,对两根掺镍铁渣复合矿物掺合料预制混凝土梁及一根普通混凝土梁进行三分点静力加载试验,观察试验过程中裂缝的开展以及极限破坏形式.同时,对两根掺镍铁渣复合矿物掺合料预制混凝土柱及一根普通混凝土柱进行低周往复加载,试验过程中观察裂缝开展、屈服状态以及极限破坏状态.试验结果表明,掺镍铁渣复合矿物掺合料预制混凝土梁与普通混凝土梁的破坏状态相同,均为弯曲破坏.镍铁渣复合矿物掺合料的掺入没有改变柱子的破坏形态,试验柱的水平荷载差别不大.说明两根掺镍铁渣复合矿物掺合料预制混凝土梁的力学性能可以满足普通混凝土梁的要求,两根掺镍铁渣复合矿物掺合料预制混凝土柱能够符合普通混凝土柱的抗震性能.To study the behaviors of prefabricated beams made of ferronickel slag concrete,the static loading tests of two prefabricated beams made of ferronickel slag concrete and one made of conventional concrete were carried out to study the cracking development and failure modes.Similarly,the cyclic loading tests were carried out to assess the effect of the ferronickel slag on the overall structural behaviors of the prefabricated columns.The obtained results showed that the final failure modes of all beams made of concrete with or without ferronickel slag were similar which mainly involved yielding of longitudinal steel bars.The use of ferronickel slag also had no effects on failure modes of columns and the horizontal bearing capacity of three columns were similar.The mechanical properties of prefabricated beams made of ferronickel slag can satisfy the design requirements and precast columns made of ferronickel slag can satisfy the seismic requirements.
