摘　　要：1-苯乙醇及其衍生物是重要的手性药物中间体。从生物催化剂的选择、整细胞催化以及酶催化等三方面出发,综述了1-苯乙醇及其衍生物的生物催化合成研究进展。Chemicals 1-phenylethanol and its derivatives are the key chiral drug intermediates.In this paper,we review the research progress of biocatalytic synthesis of 1-phenylethanol and its derivatives from the aspects of biocatalyst screening,whole cell catalysis,and enzyme catalysis.
