摘　　要：详细介绍了大型水电工程用800 MPa级120 mm特厚高强度钢板SX780CF生产工艺的设计思路、控制过程和综合性能研究。结果表明,兴澄生产的特厚钢板洁净度高、综合性能优良,具有良好的低温冲击韧性、冷弯及焊接性能,完全满足大型水电工程的需要。The article introduces in detail the design concept,control procedure and comprehensive properties study of the production process of 800 MPa grade 120 mm extra heavy plate SX780 CF for large-scale hydropower project.The results show that the extra heavy steel plate produced in Xingcheng Special Steel Works is of high cleanliness and excellent comprehensive properties,i.e.,good low temperature impact toughness,cold bendability and weldability,meeting the requirements of large-scale hydropower projects.
