摘  要:为验证14 mm厚NP500装甲钢板抗53式7.62 mm穿甲燃烧弹性能的稳定性,选取1块靶板进行5发有效弹射击试验。结果显示有1发穿甲弹对靶板造成5级损伤(环切),其余4发均造成1~2级损伤。通过维氏硬度仪对弹坑周围组织显微硬度进行分析研究,发现抗弹失效弹坑周围心部硬度出现明显低值,而正常弹坑周围心部硬度与本体差异不大。利用扫描电镜观察弹坑周围裂纹形成及扩展过程,发现裂纹起源于绝热剪切带,并扩展至本体,最终贯穿,导致抗弹失效。In order to verify the bullet-proof stability of 14 mm thickness NP500 armor steel plate against 53 type 7.62 mm armor-piercing incendiary bullet,one piece of target plate is selected for the 5 effective projectile shooting test.The results show that one shooting leads to 5 grade damage(ring cut)to the target plate,four shootings gives the target plate 1~2 grade damage.Analysis and investigation are carried out on the microhardness of the microstructure around the crater by means of Vickers hardness meter,which shows significantly lower hardness values at the center of the target plate around the crater of the failed shooting,and little difference between the hardness values at the target plate center around normal crater and at the target plate body.The crack initiating and propagating process around the crater is observed by means of scanning electron microscope,which shows that the cracks originate from the adiabatic shear band,then propagate into the target plate body and finally penetrate through the plate,resulting in armor-piecing resistance failure.
