摘 要:文章提出一种改进陷波器来抑制激光振镜电机摆动时扭力共振频率所产生的振动与噪音。首先,通过精心设计的实验,分析振镜电机共振频率,建立振镜电机扭力共振频率频谱图,进而设计出抑制共振频率的陷波滤波器电路;其次,通过严格的数学分析与理论推导,计算出最佳电路参数,利用Orcad PSpice与Matlab进行仿真验证电路参数,实现了数字陷波器的优化设计,并将实体电路加入激光振镜电机驱动器回路内。设计两级级联陷波滤波器,通过可变电阻可以方便地调节滤波频率和衰减深度的参数,以抑制一阶和二阶扭转共振。实验结果表明,该陷波器的Matlab仿真结果和计算分析结论一致,级联陷波器能有效地抑制振镜电机运转时的扭转共振,提高激光振镜扫描系统的精度和稳定性。An improved notch filter is proposed to restrain the high frequency torsional resonance of laser galvanometer motor which will induce the vibration and noise in this paper.Firstly,the resonance frequency of laser galvanometer motor is analyzed by the spectrum analyzer,the frequency spectrum of torsional resonance of laser galvanometer motor is established,and the notch filter circuit is designed to suppress resonance frequency through the well-designed experiment.Secondly,the optimal circuit parameters are calculated through strict mathematical formula and mathematical analysis,and the circuit parameters are simulated and verified using the Orcad PSpice and Matlab.The optimal design of digital notch filter is realized,and the integrated circuit is added into driver circuit of the galvanometer motor.Then,the two levels cascade notch filters is designed to suppress the 1st and 2nd torsional resonances based on the identified results.The specifications of filtering frequencies and attenuated depth can be easily adjusted by the variable resistors.Finally,the results of calculation are consistent with the simulation using notch filter,experimental results show that the proposed cascade notch filter can dramatically suppress the magnitude of torsional resonances of galvanometer motor when it is running,and improve accuracy and stability of the laser galvanometer scanning system.
