摘　　要：基于BIM技术的智慧建筑综合运用了雨水收集、塔吊喷淋、雾炮车控制扬尘、远程视频监控技术等科技创新技术做法,在施工过程中,在保证质量、安全的前提下,结合外部因素,通过完善技术措施与科学管理,减少对环境的负面影响,实现绿色、宜居、智能的智慧建筑,从而达到节能、节地、节水、节材与保护环境的目的。The intelligent building based on BIM Technology comprehensively uses the innovative technological practices such as rainwater collection,tower crane spray,dust control by fog gun truck,remote video monitoring technology,etc.In the construction process,under the premise of ensuring quality and safety,combined with external factors,through improving technical measures and scientific management,the negative impact on the environment is reduced,and the wisdom architecture of green,livable and intelligent is realized.So as to achieve the purpose of energy saving,land saving,water saving,material saving and environmental protection.
