摘　　要：周慎斋为明代末期著名中医学家,中年因病习医,对《黄帝内经》研究颇深,并吸收李东垣、薛己等各家之所长,善于治疗脾胃病。在其脾胃思想中,对先后天之本认识独到,治病重视胃阳兼顾脾阴;在脾胃与其他脏腑关系方面有很多见解,主要揭示了脾胃互藏五脏的观点,认为脾胃为气血生化之源,与其他四脏依赖气机升降出入与转枢布散精微的作用,维持脏腑百骸之间协调平衡,体现了以脾为枢、调衡自和的核心思想,对临床诸多启发。周慎斋师古而不泥古,学验结合,继承与发扬并举,在脾胃病学术发展中具有承前启后的作用。本文旨在通过对其脾胃学术思想进行深入探析,以期对临床有所助益。ZHOU Shen-zhai was a famous Chinese medicine scientist at the end of the Ming Dynasty.He studied medicine in the middle age because of his illness.He studied the Inner Canon of Huangdi deeply,and absorbed the strengths of LI Dong-Youan and XUE Ji,and was good at treating spleen and stomach diseases.In his Spleen and stomach thonght,Zhou's understanding of the innate and the nurture is unique,attached great importance to the treatment of stomach Yang and consideration Spleen yin has many opinions on the relationship between the spleen and stomach and the other four internal organs.It mainly reveals the view that the spleen and stomach store the five internal organs,and believes that the spleen and stomach are the source of Qi and blood generation,and the other four internal organs connection rely on Qi activity and pivote disperse essence to maintain a harmonious balance between the internal organs and limbs,which reflects the core idea of using the spleen as the pivot and balancing.Zhou's learn from the ancients without sticking to the ancients,the combination of study and experiment,inheritance and development,and play a role in the development of spleen and stomach disease academic development.This article aims to make a brief analysis of the academic thoughts of the spleen and stomach,in order to help the clinic.
