曹颖甫运用经方治疗肺系疾病经验探析

摘　　要：根据近代名医曹颖甫的《伤寒发微》《金匮发微》《经方实验录》及其医案,总结曹颖甫治疗肺系疾病的经验特色。曹颖甫诊治肺系疾病以脏腑辨证为依据,以肺脏为主线,治感冒、咳嗽等以调气机为主,恢复肺气的宣发肃降功能;肺痈、肺痨、肺痿等病变,以复其形质、调节脏腑功能为主,参考五行生克、脏腑传变规律,以补土生金、健脾益肾等为法。且法于张仲景,善抓主症,方证对应,活用经方,为肺系疾病的辨证论治和经方运用提供了宝贵思路和经验。This paper summarizes the experience of the modern famous doctor named CAO Ying-fu in treatment of pulmonary diseases according to his three monographs and clinical cases,which are recorded by Shang Han Fa Wei,Jin Gui Fa Wei and Jin Fang Shi Yan Lu.His experience of diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary diseases is derived from visceral syndrome differentiation.With the function of lungs as the main clue,the treatment of colds and coughs is mainly depend on regulating the Qi.In addition,treatment of the lung pathological change is mainly based on taking interventions such as regulating the five elements relations of generation and restriction,in order to restoring the physiological function of the lung.He advocated the method of ZHANG Zhong-jing,and he was good at grasping the main symptoms,correspondence of symptoms and signs,using the classical prescriptions flexibly.It provides valuable ideas and experiences for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of pulmonary diseases and the application of prescriptions.
