清肺化痰逐瘀汤治疗儿童痰热闭肺证肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清肺化痰逐瘀汤联合肺泡灌洗术对儿童痰热闭肺证肺炎的治疗效果。方法:以2015年12月至2017年12月本院收治的90例儿童痰热闭肺证肺炎作对象,按电脑数字表法随机分组每组各45例,对照组施予肺泡灌洗术治疗,实验组于此基础联合施予清肺化痰逐瘀汤治疗,对比分析2组D-二聚体(D-Dimer)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血小板(PLT)水平、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶原时间(PT)以及症状积分。结果:治疗后实验组D-Dimer(0.50±0.38)mg/L,CRP(7.88±3.41)mg/L,分别比对照组的(1.00±0.33)mg/L及(15.15±4.00)mg/L低,而实验组PLT(292.76±68.88)×10^9个/L,比对照组(251.12±65.72)×10^9个/L高,差异有统计学意义;实验组FIB及PT水平均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义;实验组主症积分及次症积分均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义。结论:清肺化痰逐瘀汤联合肺泡灌洗术治疗儿童痰热闭肺证肺炎有助于改善FIB、PT、D-Dimer、CRP及PLT水平,并降低症状积分,安全性有保障。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of clearing lung and eliminating phlegm Removing stasis decoction combined with alveolar lavage on children pneumonia with phlegm-heat and pulmonary syndrome.Methods:A total of 90 cases of children pneumonia with phlegm-heat and pulmonary syndrome admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 are selected as subjects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to computer-generated number table method,with 45 cases in each group,and alveolar lavage was conducted to the control group.On this basis,the experimental group was treated with clearing lung and eliminating phlegm Removing stasis decoction.The levels of D-Dimer,CRP,PLT and FIB,PT and symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,in the experimental group,the level of D-Dimer was(0.50±0.38)mg/L,CRP was(7.88±3.41)mg/L,which were lower than those of the control group(1.00±0.33)mg/L and(15.15±4.00)mg/L,respectively,while the PLT in the experimental group was(292.76±68.88)×10^9/L,which was higher than that of the control group(251.12±65.72)×10^9/L,with statistically significance.In the experimental group,the levels of FIB and PT were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significace.In the experimental group,the main symptom score and the secondary syndrome score were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant.Conclusion:Clearing Lung and eliminating phlegm Removing stasis decoction combined with alveolar lavage on Children pneumonia with phlegm-heat and pulmonary syndrome can improve FIB,PT and the levels of D-Dimer,CRP,PLT,as well as reduce the symptom score,and the safety is guaranteed.
