摘　　要：中药调周法是中医妇科学常见的治疗方法,广泛适用于功能失调性月经病、不孕类疾病等,根据月经的不同时期,遵循肾阴阳转化、消长节律和气血盈亏变化的规律,采用中药序贯而治。本文基于理论渊源、诊治思路、辨证施治及临证经验等诸方面对黎烈荣运用中药调周法,在月经后期佐补肾阳以治疗肾虚证或气血虚弱证之月经过少、月经后期、闭经(包括多囊卵巢综合征)及不孕症的临证经验进行论述。黎烈荣据自身多年临床实践总结认为在月经过后冲任血海空虚,通过辨证论治在滋肾益阴养血的基础上,佐以补肾助阳,即加用右归丸或龙鹿胶囊使阳生阴长,有助“天癸”增溢,使卵子排、月经潮或使胎孕得成。Menstrual cycle-regulating therapy by traditional Chinese medicine is a common treatment in gynecology,which is widely used in dysfunctional menstrual disease,infertility and other diseases.Clinical experience mostly follows the law of kidney Yin-Yang transformation,growth and decline rhythm and changes of Qi and blood in different periods of menstruation.And it adopts the sequential treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the theoretical origin,diagnosis and treatment ideas,syndrome differentiation and clinical experience,this paper discusses professor LI Lie-rong's clinical experience in the treatment of hypomenorrhea,late menstruation,amenorrhea(including polycystic ovary syndrome)and infertility in the syndrome of kidney deficiency or Qi and blood weakness by using the method of regulating the menstrual cycle of traditional Chinese medicine.Professor LI Lie-rong has taught in medicine for over 40 years.Through her own years of clinical practice,she considers that it is empty to rush to be responsible for the blood after menstruation.So according to syndrome differentiation and on the basis of nourishing the kidney,nourishing Yin and nourishing blood,with accompaniedly reinforcing kidney Yang,we give You Gui pill or Long Lu capsule to make Yang and Yin grow.Thus it can help“Tian Gui”to overflow,so as to make ovum row,menstrual tide or make the fetus pregnant.
