补肾调肝破血逐瘀法治疗顽固性血精症体会

摘　　要：血精属于男科疾病中常见病,其病情常易反复、迁延难愈发展为顽固性血精。王伊光认为精囊属于中医精室范畴,由肾所主,血精多责之精囊病变,肾虚为其基本病机;肝肾同源,两者在生理功能上联系紧密,且血精发病部位与肝经密切相关,肝郁为其常见诱因;顽固性血精病程长、病机复杂,瘀血为主要病理因素,治疗时根据肝肾同源理论将补肾贯穿于整个治疗过程;注重肝肾同治,补肾同时注重养阴柔肝、清肝疏肝,将行气活血、破血逐瘀与调畅气机相结合,标本同治,并根据辨证结果调整用药取得良好疗效。hematospermia is a common disease in andrology.It is easy to recur and cannot be cured.It develops into intractable hematospermia.Wang Yiguang thinks that the seminal vesicle belongs to the category of the seminal vesicle of traditional Chinese medicine,which is dominated by the kidney and is responsible for many kinds of blood essence.Kidney deficiency is the basic cause and pathogenesis of the seminal vesicle;liver and kidney are homologous,and they are closely related in physiological function,and the location of the seminal vesicle is closely related to the liver channel,and liver depression is the common inducement;the course of obstinate blood essence is long,the pathogenesis is complex,and blood stasis is the main pathological factor.During the treatment,according to the theory of liver and kidney homology,kidney invigorating will run through the whole treatment process;pay attention to the treatment of liver and kidney,kidney invigorating and at the same time pay attention to nourishing yin and softening the liver,clearing the liver and dispersing the liver,combine Qi and activating blood,breaking blood and removing blood stasis with regulating the Qi mechanism,treat the samples together,and adjust the medication according to the results of syndrome differentiation,and achieve good results.
