摘　　要：中医药是“一带一路”倡议重要的文化载体,也是中国文化传播的有效途径,我国以“一带一路”为契机,大力推动中医药走向世界,培养具有国际视野的中医药复合型人才是推动中医药“走出去”的重要基石。当今中医药国际化面临巨大挑战,如何加强中医药国际化复合型人才培养是新时代中医药高等教育的重要选题,中医药院校在其中承担重任,中医药院校中医药国际化教育暴露出来的问题亟待解决。本文通过SWOT分析法,研究“一带一路”背景下中医药院校复合型人才培养的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,旨在完善中医药院校复合型人才培养模式,培养合格人才,为中医药国际化传播建好桥梁。Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is an important cultural carrier of the“Belt and Road Initiative”,and an effective way for Chinese cultural communication.Taking“Belt and Road Initiative”as an opportunity,China has vigorously promoted the TCM to the world.Training compound talents of TCM with international vision is an important cornerstone to promote TCM“going out”.Nowadays,the internationalization of TCM is faced with great challenges.How to strengthen the training of compound talents of TCM internationalization is an important topic of new era′s higher education of TCM.TCM colleges and universities undertake the important task,and the problems in the internationalization of TCM education in TCM colleges and universities need to be solved urgently.Through SWOT analysis,this paper studies inferior strength,weakness opportunity and challenges of the training compound talents in TCM colleges and universities in the context of“Belt and Road initiative”,aiming at perfecting the training mode of compound talents in colleges and universities of TCM and training qualified talents to building a bridge for the international spread of TCM.
