环己胺装置氢压机填料泄漏及振动故障分析和处理

摘　　要：介绍了环己胺装置往复式循环氢压机的运行及维修情况。对氢压机排气量不足、进出口温度高及填料漏气的缺陷和故障进行分析,通过更换密封填料材质、对填料盒密封面进行研磨、调整气缸盖与活塞的内外止点间隙,解决了压缩机循环量不足、气缸温度高、振动大和活塞杆填料盒漏气的缺陷,保证了机组长周期稳定运行。The status of operation and maintenance of reciprocating cycle hydrogen compressor in cyclohexylamine unit is presented.The defect and fault,such as insufficient of gas displacement,high temperature of inlet and outlet and packing leakage,are analyzed.The measures are adopted including replacing the materials of sealing filler,grinding the sealing surface of packing box,and adjusting the internal and external stop space between cylinder cover and piston,and the problems are solved,which guarantee the longperiod steady operation of the hydrogen compressor unit.
