摘  要:三轴六自由度振动试验实施过程复杂、技术难度大,而虚拟振动试验技术有利于提高振动试验的试前预示、试后分析能力,优化多输入多输出振动试验系统控制方案,降低试验风险。文章首先结合三轴六自由度实物试验系统,给出其典型组成,针对其中的虚拟振动台、虚拟控制器、虚拟台面进行建模,然后将各部分模型装配形成虚拟试验系统,最后给出不同控制方案下虚拟试验结果的评价方法。三轴六自由度虚拟随机振动试验系统的动态闭环仿真结果表明,该虚拟试验系统建模准确,满足局部误差和全局误差要求,可用于相关分析计算。The three-axis six-DOF vibration test is not easy to implement due to technical difficulties,while the virtual vibration test technology can be used for making adequate prediction and analysis before and after the test,to optimize the MIMO vibration system control program and thus reduce the test risks.This paper firstly describes the composition of the three-axis and six-DOF vibration test system,and builds the models of the virtual vibration table,the virtual vibration controller,and the virtual test table,respectively.Then,a virtual vibration test system is assembled with these models.Lastly,the method for evaluating the virtual test results for different control schemes is proposed.The dynamic closed-loop simulation with the virtual vibration test system shows a satisfactory modeling accuracy within the tolerance of the global error and the local error,indicating the potential capability of the system in related analyses and calculations.
