摘  要:结合汕头东海岸某项目在吹填造陆后的新场区上进行工程建设的实例,介绍在欠固结、高压缩性软土地基的填海陆域上,研究并采取施工技术措施,提高上层软基硬度、保证建筑嵌固稳定层效果的建筑设计和施工成套技术。该技术的实施,成功实现了在全面软弱地基场区上快速建造运动会场馆及其配套设施的目标,全面实现预设技术指标。Combined with a project in shantou east coast reclamation epeirogenic engineering construction on the new district as an example,introduced in less consolidation,high compressibility on the land reclamation of soft soil foundation,the research and construction technical measures,improve the hardness of the upper soft foundation,guarantee the stability of buildings built in architectural design and construction technology of layer effect.The implementation of this technology has successfully achieved the goal of rapidly constructing the sports venue and its supporting facilities on the comprehensive weak foundation area,and fully realized the preset technical targets.
