摘 要:学生的学习状态是体现教学管理成效的一个重要方面。以沧州职业技术学院机电专业三个年级的学生为研究对象,从专业学习兴趣、自我规划能力以及生活状态评价三个方面开展调查研究。结果表明:专业学习兴趣、自我规划能力和生活状态因子两两之间存在极显著正相关关系。三个不同年级机电专业学生学习状态之间差异极显著,对学校而言需更加重视大二学生的管理工作。基于此,高职院校可以针对不同年级学生采取差异化管理措施,这既有助于提升学生的学业成绩,也有助于进一步提高学生管理工作效率。Learning state of students is an important aspect that reflects the effectiveness of teaching management.This paper focused on the students from the three grades of motor major in Cangzhou Technical College.The research was carried out from three aspects:professional learning interest,self-planning ability and life status evaluation.The results show that there were very significant positive correlations between professional learning interest,self-planning ability and life status evaluation.And there were significant difference in the learning status of students majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering among the three different grades.So,more attention should be paid to the management of sophomores.Using these analysis results,universities can adopt differentiated management measures for students of different grades,which not only helps to improve the academic performance of students,but also further improves the efficiency of student management.
