摘  要:目的:将表面肌电的测试与分析方法应用到石锁花样基本技术动作中,分析石锁花样基本技术动作的合理性,从而为石锁运动日后的训练提供科学有效的理论依据。研究方法:从南京体育学院休闲系学生中挑选出10名符合条件的受试者作为测试对象,进行石锁锻炼时肌肉用力的表面肌电特征为研究对象,利用无线表面肌电测试仪进行测试,采集相关数据进行分析比较。研究结果:(1)积分肌电值最大的是右侧伸肌群,最高可达1312.85uV·s,表明右侧伸肌群是技术动作中的主要发力肌。(2)贡献率最高的是右侧伸肌群,最高贡献率达到32.22%,其次为右侧屈肌群的22.73%和右侧肱二头肌的25.60%。结论:(1)在日常训练中要加强对主要发力肌肉的力量与耐力训练。(2)表面肌电的测试与分析技术可以用于诊断石锁花样基本技术动作的合理性,为石锁动作的力量耐力训练提供科学有效的理论指导和参考。Objective:Apply the testing and analysis method of surface emg to the basic technical movements of stone lock pattern,analyze the rationality of the basic technical movements of stone lock pattern,so as to provide scientific and effective theoretical basis for the training of stone lock movement in the future.Methods:10 eligible subjects were selected from the leisure students of Nanjing University of physical education as the test objects,and the surface myoelectric characteristics of muscle exertion during stone lock exercise were used as the research objects.The wireless surface myoelectric tester was used for testing,and relevant data were collected for analysis and comparison.Results:(1)The right extensor muscle group had the highest emg value,up to 1312.85uV·s,indicating that the right extensor muscle group was the main force producing muscle in the technical action.(2)The right extensor group had the highest contribution rate of 32.22%,followed by the right flexor group of 22.73%and the right biceps group of 25.60%.Conclusion:(1)Strength and endurance training should be strengthened in daily training.(2)The testing and analysis technology of surface emg can be used to diagnose the rationality of the basic technical movements of stone lock pattern,providing scientific and effective theoretical guidance and reference for the strength and endurance training of stone lock movements.
