摘  要:体育舞蹈一直被人们俗称为"国际标准交谊舞",它是一种具备很高的艺术性、技巧性的以男女结伴为形式的竞技体育运动项目,也是一项锻炼体能和修养艺术的综合艺术。同时体育舞蹈对大学生的生理健康、心理健康以及培养大学生的竞争与协作精神、完善人格有着积极的作用。它还能缓解大学生的压力、锻炼大学生的意志品质、增加自信心、提高审美、培养气质,对改善大学生人际交往及适应能力等具备重要的意义和作用。Sports dance has always been commonly known as"international standard ballroom dance".It is a kind of competitive sports with high artistic and skillful form in the form of men and women.It is also a comprehensive art of physical f itness and self-cultivation.At the same time,sports dance has a positive effect on the physical health and mental health of college students and the cultivation of college students'competition and cooperation spirit and per fect personalit y.It can also alleviate the pressure of college students,exercise the will quality of college students,increase self-conf idence,improve aesthetics,cultivate temperament,and have important signif icance and effect on improving interpersonal communication and adaptability of college students.
