摘 要:瑜珈在我国的发展已经历经了非常漫长的发展历史,从引进、传播开始,瑜珈在人们心目中的重视程度越来越高,同时产生的影响力也越来越明显。瑜珈在引入学校时,可以对当前体育教学结构起到良好的优化效果,丰富学生的学习内容。本文针对瑜珈体式教学中合作教学模式的构建以及具体实践进行分析,这样不仅可以为瑜珈教学的可持续发展打下良好基础,还可以为学生的身心健康发展提供有效保障。The development of yoga in our country has gone through a very long history,from the introduction and dissemination,Yoga is becoming more and more important in people's minds,at the same time will produce more and more obvious inf luence.When yoga is introduced into schools,it can optimize the current physical education teaching structure and enrich students'learning content.This paper analyzes the construction and practice of cooperative teaching mode in asana teaching,which can not only lay a good foundation for the sustainable development of yoga teaching in the future,but also provide effective guarantee for students'physical and mental health development.
