摘　　要：在传统电路域中,短消息业务由短消息服务中心(SMSC)提供,业务流程均承载在七号信令网上。随着 VOLTE网络的商用,为 VoLTE 用户继续提供短消息业务,成为运营商在网络演进过程中必须支持的功能。本文简单介绍了VOLTE用户使用IP短信网关实现短信业务的各种流程,分析了IP短信网关在核心网侧不同网元上的容灾实现方案,重点分析了VOLTE用户使用短信业务的不同阶段中,IP短信网关出现故障时的容灾情况,并总结分析了短信测试过程中出现的各种疑难问题。In the traditional circuit domain,short message service is provided by short message service center (SMSC),and the business processes are carried in the No.7 network.With the commercial use of VOLTE network,it is necessary for operators to continue to provide short message service for VoLTE users,which is the function that operators must support in the process of network evolution.This paper briefly introduces the various processes of using IP-SM-GW to realize short message service for VOLTE users,analyses the disaster-tolerant implementation schemes of IP short message gateway on different network elements on the core network side,focuses on the disaster-tolerant situation of IP-SM-GW in different stages of VOLTE users’ using short message service,and summarizes and analyses various difficult problems in the process of short message testing.
