摘 要:粉尘问题是限制矿山选厂健康发展的主要制约因素,不仅对工作人员的身体健康和周边生态环境影响较大,同时也降低了资源的利用率。本文以某矿山选厂破碎筛分为例,分析了密闭抽风防尘和湿法除尘方法,通过两类方法的综合应用,显著的控制了矿石物料在破碎、筛分、运输等过程中生成粉尘的概率,改善了工作人员的工作环境,通过除尘器净化处理后排放的气体对生态环境的影响也可忽略不计,间接地推动了“绿色矿山”建设的步伐。Dust is the main constraint restricting the healthy development of mine selection plant,which not only has a great impact on the health of the staff and the surrounding ecological environment,but also reduces the utilization rate of resources.Taking the crushing screening of a mine selection plant as an example,this paper analyzes the method of dust removal and moisture removal of air tightness and dust,and through the comprehensive application of the two methods,significantly controls the probability of generating dust from ore materials in the process of crushing,screening,transportation,etc.,improves the working environment of the staff,and the impact of the gas emitted after the dust remover purification and treatment can be ignored,and indirectly promotes the pace of"green mine"construction.
