摘　　要：以某公司现场尾矿干堆车间运行为例,介绍尾矿斜板浓缩机分级效果,探讨尾矿自然沉降与添加絮凝剂对浓密机底流和溢流水浓度的影响,对比不同絮凝剂用量及浓度对两者浓度的影响,综合考虑溢流水对选矿指标的影响,最终确定絮凝剂用量及配比浓度,得到合格底流浓度及溢流水浓度,同时保证尾矿干堆车间带式过滤机和板框压机滤饼水份达标。To run a company site dry stacked workshop as an example,Tailings oblique plate thickener classification effect,Tailings natural sedimentation and adding flocculants on thickener underflow concentration and the overflow water,Considering the overflow effects on the targets of mineral water,Eventually determine the flocculant dosage and the ratio of concentration,Get qualified concentration underflow concentration and the overflow water,At the same time ensure dry stacked workshop belt type filter press and standard plate and frame press filter cake moisture.
