摘　　要：随着互联网的发展,广播电视系统的技术系统越来越多的与互联网进行融合。而大多数广播电视台的非编系统、供稿系统、分发系统等多个系统由于建设时间或建设目标的不同,在内容迁移、分发和传输过程中遇到很多问题。本文尝试在广播电视IP化的前提下,设计一种以用户为对象进行内容迁移的技术平台。With the development of Internet,more and more technical systems of radio and television are integrated with Internet.However,due to different construction time or goals,many systems in most radio and television stations,including nonlinear editing systems,contribution systems,and distribution systems,encounter many problems in process of content migration,distribution and transmission.On premise of IP-based radio and television,this paper attempts to design a technology platform for user-oriented content migration.
