摘　　要：本文通过探讨山西省广播电视监管平台的实际经验,对网络短视频内容智能分析监测系统设计及主要功能进行了详细的阐述。该系统设计理念先进,经实际使用效果良好。This paper discusses practical experience of Shanxi provincial radio and television supervision platform,and expounds design and main functions of intelligent analysis and monitoring system of network short video content.Generally speaking,design concept of the system is advanced and actual effect is good.
