摘 要:为了比较研究吉林矮小芦花鸡(dw)与吉林芦花鸡(Dw)生产性能上的差异,预测其生长趋势,从而提高早期选育的效果,采用Logistic、Gompertz和Bertalanffy 3种非线性生长模型对所选育的吉林矮小芦花鸡0~13周龄体重指标的变化进行拟合分析,并对7~13周的胫长与胫骨长进行相关性分析。结果显示:3种模型拟合度(R^2)均超过0.99,但Gompertz模型效果最佳;吉林矮小芦花鸡各周龄体重与胫长和胫骨长呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),7~13周dw母鸡占Dw胫长和胫骨长的82.7%~72.2%和85.2%~68.4%,dw公鸡胫长和胫骨长分别占Dw的86.3%~73.7%和85.4%~73.0%。胫长和胫骨长是反映吉林矮小芦花鸡生长发育水平的主要指标,结合生长曲线拟合分析,对其早期生产潜力的挖掘提供了参考,对提高其经济效益有一定的促进作用。In order to identify the differences in production performance of dwarf Luhua chickens(dw)and normal Luhua chickens(Dw)in Jilin Province and to predict the growth trend of the birds,for the purpose of raising the effect of early breeding of chickens.Three nonlinear growth models,the Logistic model,the Gompertz model and the Bertalanffy model,were used to fit the changes of body weight indexes of the selected dwarf Luhua chickens aged 0 to 13 weeks,and the correlation between the tibial length and the shank length of the chickens at 7-13 weeks of age was analyzed.The results showed that the fitting degrees(R^2)of all three models were above 0.99,with that of the Gompertz model being the highest.There was a significantly high positive correlation of body weight with tibia length and shank length of the birds(P<0.01).The tibial length and shank length of dw hens at 7-13 weeks accounted for 82.7%-72.2%and 85.2%-68.4%of the tibial length anf shank length of the normal chickens,respectively.The tibia length and shank length of dw roosters accounted for 86.3%-73.7%and 85.4%-73.0%of those of Dw roosters,respectively.The tibial length and shank length are the major indexes reflecting the growth and development levels of dwarf Luhua chickens.The growth curve fitting analysis of these indexes provided reference for tapping early production potential of the chickens and might be helpful in gaining higher economic benefits of breeding the birds.
