摘　　要：为了建立动物血清中的小反刍兽疫病毒(peste des petits ruminants virus,PPRV)抗体化学发光免疫分析检测方法,采用PPRV N融合蛋白与相应单克隆抗体对化学发光抗体检测方法进行了研究。结果显示:建立的检测方法能够特异性地定量检测羊血清中的PPRV N蛋白抗体,敏感性高,特异性强,对其他相关的动物病原无交叉反应,组内与组间变异系数分别低于10%和15%,具有良好的重复性;对该方法的特异性指标、敏感性指标进行了验证,与法国IDVET公司的PPRV抗体检测试剂盒进行比较,阳性样品符合率为95.02%,阴性样品符合率为82.08%,总符合率为90.33%。结果表明:建立的PPRV抗体化学发光免疫分析检测方法,特异性高、敏感性强,操作简单、快速,具有较高的应用推广价值。To establish a chemiluminescent immunoassay method for detection of antiboday against peste des petits ruminant virus(PPRV)in animal serum,a competitive chemiluminescent assay kit for PPRV antibody was established by combining the obtained PPRV N fusion protein with relevant monoclonal antibodies.This method was capable of specifically and quantitatively detecting the antibody against the PPRV in the serum of sheep.The method had high sensitivity and specificity,with no cross-reaction with other related pathogens.The coefficient of variation within and between the testred groups was less than 10%and 15%,respectively,indicating a good repeatability.Compared with the domestic antibody detection kit for PPRV,the coincidence rate of positive samples was 95.02%,the coincidence rate of negative samples was 82.08%,and the total coincidence rate was 90.33%.The chemiluminescent immunoassay for decting the antibody against the PPRV established in this study was characterized by high specificity,high sensitivity,simple operation,high application and promotion value.
