摘 要:长输管道在建设、改线或抢维修作业时,经常会遇到管道对口处有磁偏吹现象,导致在焊接施工时,电弧发生偏离,造成焊接缺陷甚至无法焊接施工,严重影响了工程进度及焊接质量,直接影响到管道的本质安全。管道剩磁是导致磁偏吹现象的根本原因,通过对比分析国内外剩磁强度标准,明确了管道焊接剩磁的允许指标,并对目前国外常用的几种消磁技术进行了比选,建议采用磁中和技术进行现场焊接消磁作业。During the construction,reroute and repairing of long-distance pipeline,magnetic blow in pipeline junction is frequently oc⁃curring.Magnetic blow,which means welding arc deviation,will lead to welding defect or even unable to welding,and then,seriously af⁃fect the progress of the project and the essential security of pipeline.The main reason of magnetic blow is pipeline remanence.By the comparatively analysis of the remanence strength standards at home and abroad,the allowable indexes of residual magnetism in pipe⁃line welding are defined are determined.Several degaussing technologies commonly used abroad are compared,and it is suggested to use magnetic neutralization technology for field welding degaussing.
