摘 要:对19 mm厚Invar钢板进行多层多道焊和多层摆动焊对接试验,计算分析了这两种工艺的功耗和效率,并通过观察和测量Invar钢焊件的金相组织和显微硬度以比较两种焊接方法的焊接接头质量。结果表明,在连接厚板Invar钢时,由于多层摆动焊焊道数少于多层多道焊焊道数,多层摆动焊所用焊接时间较少、效率更高、功耗更少;多层摆动焊的层间重熔区熔合良好,而多层多道焊接接头处观察到明显的未熔合缺陷;多层摆动焊的热影响区宽度远小于多层多道焊;多层摆动焊的平均晶粒尺寸及显微硬度均略大于多层多道焊。Butt welding tests were carried out on Invar steel with thickness of 19 mm by multi-layer multi-pass welding and multi-layer weave bead welding,and power consumption and efficiency of these two processes were calculated and analyzed.By observing and measuring the microstructure and microhardness of Invar steel weldment,the quality of the welded joint with the two welding methods was compared.The results indicated that when connecting thick plate Invar steel,multi-layer weave bead welding had less welding time,higher efficiency,and lower power consumption due to its less welding passes than that of multi-layer and multi-pass welding.The interlayer remelting zone in multi-layer weave bead welding was well fused,while obvious incomplete fusion defects were observed in multi-layer multi-pass welded joints.The width of heat affected zone of multi-layer weave bead welding was much smaller than that of multi-layer multi-pass welding.The average grain size and microhardness of multi-layer weave bead welding were slightly larger than that of multi-layer multi-pass welding.
