摘　　要：通过对我国钒渣提钒行业现有钠化焙烧、钙化焙烧、液相氧化生产工艺的系统分析,以产品生命周期系统评价为基础,构建了钒渣提钒行业清洁生产评价指标体系。该指标体系分为目标层、准则层和指标层3个层次,目标层为钒渣提钒行业清洁生产水平,准则层包括资源能源消耗、生产技术特征、污染物、资源综合利用、产品特征和环境管理共六大类,是体现工艺节能、降耗、减污和增效等清洁生产水平的概括性指标。指标层隶属于准则层,是基于准则层建立的25个具体评价指标,包括16个定量指标和9个定性指标。The vanadium slag produced by vanadium-titanium magnetite smelting process is the main raw materials for the production of vanadium oxide in China.Based on the systematical analysis of vanadium extraction process by sodium roasting,calcification roasting and liquid-phase oxidation method,a cleaner production evaluation index system of vanadium extraction industry was established on the basis of life cycle system evaluation.The index system was divided into three levels which were target level,criterion level and index level.Target level means the cleaner production level of vanadium extraction industry.Criterion level includes six general indicators,i.e.resource and energy consumption,production technology characteristics,pollutants,comprehensive utilization of resources,product characteristics and environmental management.Index level was subordinate to the criteria level,and 25 evaluation indicators were jointly constructed under the criteria level,including 16 quantitative indicators and 9 qualitative indicators.
