摘 要:以规模化生猪屠宰场产生的屠宰废水为研究对象,通过小试试验研究水解酸化-二级AO工艺处理屠宰废水中COD、氨氮、总氮、总磷等重点污染物的降解规律,结果表明,在污泥负荷为0.35 kg COD/(kg MLSS·d)时,小试试验出水COD、氨氮、总氮、总磷浓度分别达到24~42、0.08~0.41、11.82~15.64和5.86~7.01 mg/L,生化系统对COD、氨氮、总氮和总磷的去除率分别为98.75%、99.84%、92.08%和79.56%,二级AO出水末端PAC投加量大于等于400 mg/L时,可以使二级AO出水总磷浓度降至0.3 mg/L及以下。主体工艺采用水解酸化-二级AO的工程应用实例出水满足北京市《水污染物综合排放标准》(DB11/307—2013)表1的B排放限值。Slaughterhouse wastewater from large-scale pig slaughterhouse was studied in this paper.The degradation regularity of COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus from slaughterhouse wastewater by hydrolytic acidification-two stage AO treatment process was studied through small-scale test.The results showed that when the sludge load was 0.35 kg COD/(kg MLSS·d),the effluent COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen concentrations of the small-scale test reached 24~42,0.08~0.41,11.82~15.64 and 5.86~7.01 mg/L,respectively.The removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus from biochemical system were 98.75%,99.84%,92.08%and 79.56%,respectively.When the dosage of PAC used at the end of secondary AO was more than or equal to 400 mg/L,the total phosphorus concentration of secondary AO effluent could be reduced to 0.3 mg/L or less.The effluent of engineering application adopting hydrolysis acidification-two stage AO as the main treatment process shows that effluent quality meets the B emission limit in Table 1 of integrated discharge standard of water pollutants(DB 11/307—2013).
