论WTO框架下绿箱补贴措施的前景

摘　　要：分析了世贸组织绿箱补贴谈判的现状以及欧盟、美国、中国和印度最近的国家农业改革,重点关注这几个国家近几年绿箱补贴的发展状况,确定了这些世贸组织成员使用的各种工具及其基本政策目标,并提出在短期和长期内改革绿箱补贴的可能途径。It is analyzed in this paper the current status of the WTO green box subsidy negotiations and the recent national agricultural reforms in the European Union,the United States,China and India,focusing on the development of green box subsidies in these countries in recent years,and identifies the various tools used by these WTO members and their basic policy objectives.The possible ways to reform the green box subsidy in the short and long term are put forward.
