摘  要:设计了L16(45)多因素/因子正交试验方案,进行了加工电流、加工脉宽、弹簧预紧力、脉冲占比(加工脉宽与脉冲周期的比值)对复合加工高体分SiCp/Al材料的加工表面质量、加工效率影响的实验研究。运用极差分析与方差分析的方法,分析了各因素对表面质量和加工效率影响的显著性,并对超声振动磨削放电多能量复合加工过程进行了研究,分析了超声振动磨削放电复合加工的放电类型。正交试验结果表明:加工参数对表面粗糙度的影响显著性顺序为电流>加工脉宽>弹簧预紧力>脉冲占比,对加工速度的影响显著性顺序为电流>弹簧预紧力>加工脉宽>脉冲占比。The L16(45)multi factor/factor orthogonal test scheme was designed.The effects of machining current,processing pulse width,spring preload and pulse ratio(the ratio of processing pulse width to pulse period)on the surface quality and machining efficiency of high volume SiCp/Al materials were studied.By means of range analysis and variance analysis,the significance of various factors on the surface quality and machining efficiency is analyzed.The multi energy machining process of ultrasonic vibration grinding assisted EDM is studied,and the discharge types of ultrasonic vibration grinding assisted EDM are analyzed.The results of orthogonal test show that the order of the influence of machining parameters on roughness is machining current>machining pulse width>spring preload>pulse ratio,and the order of influence on machining speed is machining current>spring preload>processing pulse width>pulse ratio.
