摘 要:为研究公交专用道的运营效果及乘客的满意度,综合考虑公交专用道运营特点及乘客需求,从运营效率、设施设置、服务质量三方面着手构建多级满意度评价体系,建立多级模糊综合评价模型。结合实地调查数据,首先,运用层次分析法确定指标的权重;其次,计算各指标满意度测评结果,得到城市公交专用道满意度为3.465,介于"比较满意"与"一般满意"之间;最后,绘制重要性-满意度四分图,综合分析各指标的重要性和满意度。研究表明:公交专用道设置后的优势是受其他车辆干扰程度小,公交专用道衔接程度和车辆安全性还需进一步优化。Based on the comprehensive consideration of the operating characteristics of bus lanes and passenger needs,a multi-level satisfaction evaluation system was constructed from the aspects of operating efficiency,facility settings and service quality,and a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established to study the operation effect of bus lanes and passenger satisfaction.Combining the field survey data,firstly,the weight of the indicator is determined using the analytic hierarchy process;secondly,the satisfaction evaluation result of each indicator is calculated,and the satisfaction degree of the urban bus lane is 3.465,which is between"relatively satisfied"and"general satisfied";Finally,after analyzing the importance and satisfaction of each indicator,four paradigm analysis chart of importance and satisfaction is drawn.The research shows that the advantage after the setting of the bus lane is that it is less disturbed by other vehicles,and the connection degree of the bus lane and the safety of the vehicle need to be further optimized.
