摘 要:利用2000~2007年微观企业数据加总而成的地区层面样本,在2005年集中兑现服务开放承诺的拟自然实验框架下,采用倍差法考察了服务市场竞争加剧对地区制造业出口产品质量的影响。研究结果显示:集中兑现服务开放承诺的政策通过加剧地区服务市场竞争程度,显著地提升了制造业出口技术复杂度;该促进作用对初始低服务竞争地区出口技术复杂度的提升效果更大,有助于缓和地区间发展不平衡的问题;该结论在考虑了识别检验及一系列稳健性检验后,估计结果依然稳健,这为我国今后进一步扩大服务市场开放提供了借鉴。In this paper,under the pseudo-natural experimental framework of centralized fulfillment of service opening commitment in 2005,we used the difference-in-differences method to investigate the influence of increased competition of service market upon product quality of regional manufacturing export,by the regional level samples from the aggregate of micro-enterprise data from 2000 to 2007.The results show that the implementing promise of service opening significantly increased the technical complexity of manufacturing export by intensifying the degree of service market competition.The promotion effect was more effective in regions with low initial service competition,which is helpful to alleviate the problem of unbalanced development between regions.This conclusion was still robust after considering the identification test and a series of robustness tests,which provided a reference for China to expand the service market opening in the future.
