摘 要:风电规模入网机组启停间歇控制的传统方法忽略了对清洁能源发电量的检测,导致机组温度和风机能耗的控制效果较差。提出基于清洁能源消纳的风电规模入网机组启停间歇控制研究,根据风电规模入网机组的结构及特性,构建以清洁能源发电量最大为模型的运行目标函数。基于清洁能源消纳制定数学模型,通过能源计量系统获取用电量,判断风电规模入网情况,实现风电规模入网机组启停间歇控制。实验结果表明,该方法对机组温度和风机能耗具有良好控制效果,有利于提高风电站的清洁能源消纳比例。The traditional start-up & shut-down intermittent control method for large scaled grid-connected wind power units neglects the detection of clean energy generation,resulting in poor control effect of the unit temperature and fan energy consumption.For this reason,a study on the start-stop intermittent control of large scaled grid-connected wind power units based on clean energy consumption is proposed. According to the structure and characteristics of large-scale grid-connected wind power units,the operating objective function of the model of the maximum clean energy generating capacity is constructed. A mathematical model is developed based on the consumption of clean energy. The electricity consumption is obtained through the energy metering system,and the situation of large-scale grid-connected wind power units is judged to realize the start-stop intermittent control. The experimental results show that this method has good control effect on the unit temperature and fan energy consumption,and is beneficial to improve the clean energy consumption ratio of the wind power station.
