水运工程质量通病防治的分级管理探究

摘　　要：介绍了一种水运工程质量通病防治管理新思路——质量通病防治分级管理,将工程质量通病划分为“追求杜绝发生”“降低发生概率”“探索控制手段”三类,以更清晰地区别对待每种质量通病,不将所有质量通病混为一谈,动态管理,持续改进,实现质量通病科学防治。This paper describes a new opinion of common quality defects prevention and control on port and waterway engineering,and call it graded management of common quality defects.Divide project common quality defects into 3 levels:“Pursue to Eliminate Occurrence”“Reduce the Occurrence Probability”and“Explore the Control Method”,so as to treat each quality common problems differently and not confuse all quality common problems.Dynamic management,continuous improvement and scientific prevention and treatment of quality common problems are realized.
