摘 要:通过分析控制图原理及其生成条件,探讨其在水泥强度检验质量控制中的应用可能性。并以广州地区每月一次的水泥比对试验数据绘制强度检验控制图,图示分析某实验室水泥强度检验系统的稳定性、准确性和变化趋势,并进一步揭示趋势变化的可能因素,为系统维护提出了可能的要素范围和改进方向,后续实验室可以据此跟踪和制定预防措施。理论分析和案例验证说明了控制图在实验室质量控制中的可行性,控制图不仅丰富了质量控制手段,提高了质量控制效率,也为系统的持续稳定运行,提供了宏观意义上的保证。By analyzing the principle of control chart and its generation conditions,the possibility of its application in quality control of cement strength inspection is discussed.And draw the strength inspection control chart with the cement comparison test data once a month in Guangzhou area,the stability,accuracy and change trend of the cement strength test system in a laboratory are analyzed graphically,and the possible factors of the trend change are further revealed,and the possible scope of elements and improvement direction are proposed for the system maintenance,on which subsequent laboratories can track and develop preventive measures.Theoretical analysis and case verification demonstrate the feasibility of the control chart in laboratory quality control,the control chart not only enriches the means of quality control and improves the efficiency of quality control,but also provides a macro guarantee for the continuous and stable operation of the system.
