摘 要:随着我国经济的高速发展,交通运输需求在不断增强,我国的公路建设也随之迅猛发展,目前我国公路通车里程达484万公里,其中水泥混凝土路面占较大比重。水泥混凝土路面具有强度高、耐久性好,日常养护工作量小等优点,但随着车流量逐渐增大,在车辆荷载作用下,水泥混凝土路面也会出现断板、破损等病害,路面一旦出现损坏,维修非常困难,施工周期长,且由于封闭交通作业,路上作业人员安全风险高,对社会影响较大。因此,水泥混凝土路面维修成为公路养护管理中的一项重要研究课题,本文以粤肇高速公路路面修复工程为依托,从路面结构、施工操作、安全风险、经济效益等方面出发对装配式水泥混凝土路面板更换维修施工技术展开论述。With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for transportation is increasing.With the rapid development of highway construction in China,4.84 million kilometers of highways are open to traffic in China.Cement concrete pavement accounts for a large proportion.Cement concrete pavement has high strength and good durability.The daily maintenance work is small.But with the increasing traffic,under the action of vehicle load,the cement concrete pavement will also be damaged.Once the pavement is damaged,the maintenance is very difficult,the construction period is long,and because of the closed traffic operation,the safety risk of the road operators is high,which has a great impact on the society.Therefore,cement concrete pavement maintenance has become an important research topic in highway maintenance management.Based on the pavement repair project of Yuezhao highway,the article discusses the replacement and maintenance technology of assembled cement concrete pavement from the aspects of pavement structure,construction operation,safety risk and economic benefit.
