摘　　要：本文根据沈阳城市文化基础、地缘优势和发展态势,提出整合、续写并重启"沈阳故事"的必要性与迫切性,并提出讲好"沈阳故事"的策略与步骤,以此深度开掘沈阳城市文化优势,提升沈阳城市文化核心竞争力,实现持续向国家中心城市迈进并建设成为东北亚国际化中心城市的发展目标。This article proposes the necessity and urgency of integrating,continuing to write,and restarting the“Shenyang Story”based on Shenyang urban cultural foundation,geographical advantages,and development situation.It is put forward strategies and steps for telling the story of Shenyang in order to dig deeper into Shenyang the advantages of urban culture.The core competitiveness of Shenyang urban culture can be achieved in order to achieve the development goal of continuously marching into a national central city and becoming an international central city in Northeast Asia.
