摘　　要：目的:掌握云南边境地区高校新生的心理健康状况,并根据测查结果采取有效的心理干预措施,实现心理问题的早发现和早预防。方法:采用SCL-90项症状自评量表对4045名学生心理健康状况进行测评。结果:有16.4%的学生处于亚健康状态,4.8%的学生存在中度心理问题,1.2%的学生存在重度心理问题;量表10个因子的平均得分均未超过2分,但其中得分最高的2项是强迫症状因子分(1.89)和人际关系敏感因子分(1.65);结论:云南边境地区高校大学生心理健康状况总体良好,但个别项目还是存在阳性比例较高的现象。To understand the mental health status and influencing factors of college students in Yunnan border area,and take targeted mental health intervention measures according to the test results,so as to realize the early detection and early prevention of mental problems.The mental health status of 4045 medical freshmen was assessed with 90 symptom checklists.16.4%of the students are in sub-health state,4.8%of them have moderate psychological problems,1.2%of them have severe psychological problems;The average scores of the 10 factors of the scale are not more than 2 points,but the two highest scores are obsessive-compulsive symptom factor score(1.89)and interpersonal sensitivity factor score(1.65).The mental health status of university students in Yunnan border area is generally good,but there is still a high positive proportion in some projects.
