摘　　要：[目的]构建社区居家老年人长期照护评估指标体系。[方法]通过查阅文献、半结构式访谈、德尔菲法及层次分析法构建社区居家老年人长期照护评估指标体系。[结果]两轮函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.94,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.36和0.43(P<0.01)。最终构建的社区居家老年人长期照护评估指标体系包括4项一级指标、12项二级指标。[结论]构建的社区居家老年人长期照护评估指标体系科学、全面、可靠,可为社区居家老年人长期照护分级管理提供依据,实现资源合理分配,优化养老资源,为长期照护社会保险费用赔付提供依据。Objective:To construct a long-term care evaluation index system for the home-based elderly in the community.Methods:Through the literature review,semi-structured interviews,the Delphi method,and the analytic hierarchy process,the long-term care evaluation index system for the community elderly at home was constructed.Results:The effective recovery rate of the two-rounds consultation was 100%,the authority coefficient of the expert was 0.94,and Kendall’s conformance coefficient was 0.36 and 0.43(P<0.01).The final long-term care evaluation index system for the community elderly at home included 4 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators.Conclusions:The constructed evaluation index system of long-term care for the community elderly at home was scientific,comprehensive and reliable,which could provide a basis for the hierarchical management of long-term care for the community elderly at home,realize the reasonable allocation of resources,optimize the resources for the elderly,and provide a basis for the payment of longterm care social insurance costs.
